I’ve worked at The Salvation Army ARC in Philadelphia since March of 2007. Starting as the Dispatch Supervisor, I wrote a new method of dispatching trucks to house calls. The development is currently online at Dispatching Logistics.
Since of March, 2009, I was moved to be the Production Supervisor, and around December, 2009, I was moved back to oversee dispatching and logistics of the ARC. Improvements are still being made on the program.
